The views from the deck are stunning and give an amazing view of the surrounds of Dubai. The lift taking visitors to the deck hurtles guests at top speed and then allows them space outside to view the surrounds. There are 24,348 windows in the buidling. 세계에서 가장 높은 건물인 두바이 부르즈 할리파 내 전망 시설이 새 주인을 찾고 있다고 로이터통신이 23일(현지시간) 보도했다.
통신은 사안을 잘 아는 복수의 소식통을 인용, 두바이의 에마르 건설이 부르즈 할리파 전망대를 지난 11월부터 부동산 시장에 매물로 내놨다고 전했다.
또 전망대는 최대 10억달러(약 1조 1640억원)에 매각될 수 있다고 통신은 덧붙였다.
두바이 신도심에 있는 부르즈 할리파는 높이 828m에 달하는 세계 최고(最高) 마천루다. 뉴욕 명물인 엠파이어 스테이트 빌딩의 2배, 파리 에펠탑과 비교했을 땐 3배 가까이 더 높다.
특히 부르즈 할리파의 ‘앳 더 탑’(At The Top) 전망대는 두바이에서 가장 인기 있는 관광명소 가운데 한 곳이다. 지난해 한해 동안 이곳을 찾은 방문객만 1592만명에 달했다.
통신은 에마르 건설이 사업 확장에 필요한 자금을 조달하기 위해 전망대를 매각하는 것으로 보인다고 전했다.
